2007 News

6th November 2007

I recently did a lovely gig, cruising down the Thames, in aid of The Encephalitis Society. This small charity for a lesser-known but none the less tragic and widespread condition is run by a wonderful 'family' of enthusiasts-sufferers, their families and supporters, headed by the tour de force that is Ava Easton. Dzal and I were made to feel very welcome. It was a heart-warming and inspirational evening and for that reason, I urge you to support them by visiting their site www.encephalitis.info Learn more and spread the word...

News on The Easy Tigers front is that 'Look at me Now' (the third track on the album) is going to be used in a pop video, shot in Spain, to highlight and raise money for the plight of missing children Europe- wide. A screening of the video is set for July 26th, with lots of tv and press coverage expected. More news as I get it...

And on The Singing Dentists front, imminent gigs are:

Wednesday 25th July - The Establishment Club - Greek Street

Monday 30th July - Too 2 Much - Great Chapel St. Soho

    See you there...

Back from Glastonbury...to more rain...yes please...I need moooooore...

Have washed the mud off me wellies and put them into hibernation for another year...

Met some lovely supportive people at that crazy, unique festival. Cracking gig with 4 Poofs & a Piano in the Cabaret Tent on Saturday night, next gig with them...main stage at Manchester Pride in July...be there or be straight and boring...

Mal and I did a couple of Easy Tigers gigs-very impromptu, relaxed, slightly chaotic even but great fun all the same.

Hoping to get the full band there next year along with The Singing Dentists too...in fact, the plan is to take over Glastonbury, then The World...

But in the meantime, recording is imminent so watch this space

    Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
